  • I CALCULATE YOUR "TDEE"

    Total Daily Energy Expenditure (TDEE) represents the total calories your body burns daily, considering key variables. 


    This includes:


    Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR)

    The energy your body uses to perform basic functions like breathing, organ function, and cell production. This varies between all of us depending on how much lean muscle mass vs fat on your body, your age and your hight and weight.


    Calories burned through Exercise:

    Either through Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (EAT) or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis (NEAT).


    Thermic Effect of Food (TEF): 

    Energy used to digest, absorb, and metabolize food.



    Understanding your TDEE is essential to set a baseline for recommended caloric intake. 

  • We Establish Your Goal

    After calculating your TDEE, the next step is to adjust your calorie intake and macronutrient distribution based on your specific goal:


    FAT LOSS:

    Your recommended calories will be your TDEE reduced by around 5-20%. Generally using a higher protein lower carb diet.


    LEAN MUSCLE DEVELOPMENT:

    You will slowly increase your calories by 5-25% above your TDEE allowing your body to use the excess fuel to build muscle tissue. 


    BODY RECOMPOSITION: 

    Which means to try and stay the same weight while burning fat AND building muscle simultaneously. This requires you to consume your TDEE quite accurately. 


    I do all the calculations, divide your requirements across meals and track your progress so you don't have to think about a thing.

    Rather than guessing, you’ll be asked about your dietary preferences, and any allergies or dislikes, so I can exclude those. 


    The goal is to create a plan you can stick to without it feeling like a diet!

    I have several different categories with 100's of recipes to choose from.  You can keep it simple if you prefer to meal prep and eat the same thing each day OR request a plan with up to 7 days worth of different combinations of meals.

    While my plans and recipes are carefully designed, you’ll still have the freedom to adjust things to your preferences. Whether you want to experiment with spices, mix up your cooking methods, or present meals to fit your style—it’s all about making the process of eating right enjoyable, manageable, and effective.

    This is a results-driven service, and tracking your progress is key to achieving success. All tracking is done conveniently within the platform.


    PLAN UPDATES:

    Each week, you’ll weigh in and upload progress photos (optional but very much advised). 


    Based on your check-ins, your meal plan will be updated to reflect any necessary adjustments. If you’re following the plan and not progressing toward your goal, we’ll refine your program after each check-in to keep you on track.  


    VIP CLIENTS will also get a personalised review video chat with me to talk about what's working and what we need to fine tune.

  • Is this program right for me?

    This is for anyone who wants to get stronger, look better, and eat proper, wholesome food again.


    You don’t need to be fit.

    You don’t need experience.

    Just follow the plan.


    If you start and it’s not for you, cancel within 7 days. 

  • Can I do this program at home?

    Absolutely! I can design your plan specifically for home workouts using just dumbbells, resistance bands, and a step-up ledge. However, since I focus heavily on strength progression, I highly recommend considering gym training where there’s access to more equipment for optimal results. That said, I understand that’s not possible for everyone, and I’ll make sure your plan is just as effective with the resources you have.

  • How is my plan customized?

    Your plan is built from the information you provide in the onboarding form. I use your goals, schedule, metrics, and preferences to set up the two most important parts of your program: your training split and your macro plan.


    From there, your plan evolves with you. Check-ins and logged training data help guide adjustments, and a fresh training phase is delivered every 4 weeks. You can also make your own changes at any time.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Refunds aren’t available for simply changing your mind, but if there’s ever a genuine issue with the service, your account, or the delivery of your plan, I’ll always be reasonable and work with you to sort it out.

  • How do I get support?

    Email support is available anytime. Expect helpful replies within 24–48 hours so you’re never left guessing.

  • How long before I see results?

    Everyone’s different — but if you train properly and follow the plan, you’ll feel better in 1–2 weeks, see changes in 4–8 weeks, and make serious progress in 8–12 weeks.

    No magic — just structure and consistency.

  • Is My Plan Flexible?

    Yes. The plan gives you structure, but you can swap out meals,  exercises, and personalise things to suit your prefrences. Flexibility is built in so you can stay consistent long-term.

  • Is It Available worldwide?

    Yes, it’s open to everyone. I’m based in Australia, but I work with clients all over the world who are making progress toward their goals. Just keep in mind that time zone differences may occasionally delay my responses, but I’ll always reply as quickly as I can.
