7 DAY FREE TRIAL PERIOD:
If you're unsatisfied with your plan, cancel within seven days of joining to avoid being charged. Please email your cancellation request to support@jakeobrienfitness.com at least 24 hours beforehand. Please note that the 7-day free trial is available to new customers only and can only be used once per individual, regardless of the number of plans or subscriptions signed up for.
Money-Back Guarantee POLICY:
If you adhere to your plan and don't start achieving measurable results after the first 28 days, you can request to cancel and receive a full refund. To qualify, you must have attempted to complete workouts, stick to your nutrition plan, and complete your weekly check-ins.
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR PLAN:
If you cannot manage the workouts or meal plan, it is your responsibility to adjust your plan OR contact support@jakeobrienfitness.com so I can assist you with making your program more suitable. While subscribed, you can request unlimited adjustments to your program to better suit your needs. Beyond the standard meal and workout updates, I may make broader updates to the platform to improve the overall quality of the service.
RESPONSE TIME PROMISE:
You can expect an email response within 24 hours if you contact email support. If the volume of emails is high or it's a holiday, it may take up to 48 hours. If you do not hear back after that, please try again, as there may have been a mistake or a network error.
BILLING & CANCELATIONS
CANCELLING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:
To cancel your subscription, email support@jakeobrienfitness.com. Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice before the upcoming billing cycle. After cancelling your subscription, you will have access to your meal plans, workout programs, and other content until the end of the current billing cycle. No additional charges will apply beyond this period.
REFUND REQUEST PROCESS:
To request a refund, please email support@jakeobrienfitness.com with the subject line ‘Refund Request’ and include details of your concern. After the request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
MINIMUM COMMITMENT:
I offer various fitness solutions, some of which the client must agree to a minimum commitment period as stated on the plan. This is so it gives enough time to see noticeable progress. If you adhere to the protocol, the results or its free policy applies to all products. Once the trial period has ended, you agree to the minimum commitment stated on each option. Choose the weekly option if you do not wish to commit to long-term results.\
Additional Fees:
This service has no hidden fees. However, any applicable administrative fees for refund processing or other exceptional requests will be communicated in advance.
Non-transferability:
Subscriptions and coaching plans are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who signed up. Transferring or sharing account access is not permitted.
RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING:
If you join one of my subscription-based programs, you will be automatically charged for every period, as stated during the registration process. You will continue receiving updated meal plans and workout programs when you remain a client.
MEDICAL OR EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES:
If you have a medical issue that requires you to halt your participation while still within a commitment period, please submit your reasons for cancellation approval to support.

My services are designed for full implementation to achieve results. However, it's important to note that even with correct implementation, users may not achieve the expected outcomes.
RISKS OF PRODUCT USE:
As with any exercise program, there are inherent risks to your health and safety. You can get injured while doing an exercise in your program, especially done with improper form. To minimise the risk, detailed instructions are included in your program. Clients are responsible for finding and following the instructions provided.
