How do I get started?
The first step is to fill out my enquiry form. I’ll contact you at a time that suits you best. During our chat, I’ll answer any questions you have and explain how I can help you reach your goals. If you decide to move forward, we’ll create an account for you on my app, which is available on Google Play, the App Store, or through your web browser.
As this is a results-based service, we’ll record your starting weight, measurements, and day-one progress photos to track your transformation effectively. I’ll then create a plan that perfectly aligns with your dietary needs and ideal training routine. We’ll connect again shortly after to ensure you understand everything, setting you up for success right from the start.

Is this program right for me?
Most likely! My coaching service is quite encompassing and provides the structure and guidance appropriate for most levels of fitness. It is not built specifically for any type of athlete; in fact, it would be best suited to those who are new to fitness. If you give it a chance and discover that it’s not quite what you are looking for, then you can cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund.

Can I do this program at home?
Absolutely! I can design your plan specifically for home workouts using just dumbbells, resistance bands, and a step-up ledge. However, since I focus heavily on strength progression, I highly recommend considering gym training where there’s access to more equipment for optimal results. That said, I understand that’s not possible for everyone, and I’ll make sure your plan is just as effective with the resources you have.

How is my plan customized?
You’ll complete a short questionnaire that helps me understand your goals, body stats, training availability, and dietary preferences. To deliver your program efficiently, the framework of your schedule is pre-built, but every plan is tailored to fit your specific needs. Everyone’s plan ends up a little different, ensuring it’s personalized just for you. You’ll get updates to your macronutrient targets each time you check in depending on your progress, and a new training phase with new exercises will be delivered every 4 weeks.
Plus, you have the flexibility to make your own tweaks and request changes anytime along the way.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, I do offer refunds if you’ve followed my guidance and adhered to the plan and dont get the results that you were hoping for. This includes sticking to the protocols such as weekly check-ins, staying in contact with me, completing your workouts, and following your nutrition plan as prescribed.
However, if you haven’t been putting in the effort or following the program, that’s beyond my control. That’s why we have an initial call to ensure you’re committed, ready to take action, and willing to prioritise your goals. I’m here to set you up for success, but your results ultimately depend on your dedication.

How do I get support?
Unlike traditional coaching where you wait for the next scheduled call, I provide real-time support. My clients have direct access to me through various contact methods, and you can reach out anytime with questions or for adjustments. I respond quickly, so you’re never stuck or left feeling alone on your journey.

How long before I see results?
Most of my clients start noticing changes within the first couple of weeks and experience significant transformations around the 8–12-week mark. This isn’t a quick-fix fad diet—we’re building sustainable habits and routines for long-term success.
If your goal is fat loss, clients typically see a steady rate of 0.5–1.5 kg per week, depending on how much weight they have to lose. Building muscle takes time, but if you’re new to training, you’ll feel a noticeable difference in your strength within just a couple of months. Most importantly, how you feel will start improving the moment you decide to take action—I stand by that!

Am I locked Into A Contract?
Not exactly. When we start, I’ll ask how committed you are to achieving your goal and provide a realistic time frame to reach it. That’s the period I’d recommend sticking with me to see the best results.
That said, I understand that life happens and circumstances can change. If you need to cancel, you can do so anytime with at least 24 hours’ notice before your next billing cycle. We’ll work together until that cycle ends, and I’ll ensure you have a smooth transition to managing things on your own. My goal is always to set you up for success, with or without a coach.

Is My Plan Flexible?
Absolutely—that’s one of the things that sets my service apart. Once I’ve provided you with the framework of your plan, you’re free to make adjustments to suit your preferences. Whether it’s swapping out meals, adding in exercises, or incorporating activities you enjoy, I encourage you to personalise your plan. It’s all about finding what works best for you while staying focused on achieving the results you want. Flexibility is key to building something sustainable!

Is It Available worldwide?
Yes, it’s open to everyone. I’m based in Australia, but I work with clients all over the world who are making progress toward their goals. Just keep in mind that time zone differences may occasionally delay my responses, but I’ll always reply as quickly as I can.
