As an online fitness coach and influencer I have been very blessed to enjoy a fulfilling and passionate career in an industry I hold dear to my heart. However, I have also endured incredible challenges that have shifted my perspective of fitness to include a more holistic approach to physical and mental wellbeing.
Having overcome both a life-threatening motorcycle accident and throat cancer in the span of a couple of years, I place a huge emphasis on the one outlet that helped me overcome those dark times… my fitness. Having a clear goal in mind made me laser-focused on my recovery and it gave me an extra push in regaining control over my body.
My experience is in no way unique and I know many people struggle with many different physical challenges and mental health issues, which is why I started this platform. I want to offer people the opportunity to build the foundations of mental and physical resilience to help them get started on their fitness journey.

As a fitness coach, my ultimate goal is to help you develop physical resilience but the path to your fitness goals is an arduous one, paved with many challenges along the way. This is why I believe that developing mental resilience is the key to mastering your body and achieving your fitness goals.

After my cancer diagnosis and motorcycle accident, I found myself spiralling into a bout of depression. It was only through fully committing myself to a regular exercise and nutritional regime, did I finally regain control over my physical and mental well-being. This routine not only helped me get stronger but also built my discipline and boosted my confidence.
